The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a central area, adjacent to the city centre and the Pannonica lakes and Tuzla. The stay itself was very pleasant, the staff was helpful and available. The location was favourable - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Btw, spots like Huseina Causa Mosque were close to the venue too. The vibe here was quiet.

The room was extremely spacious with a good bed and bathroom and with smoke detectors for safety measures. Location: the hotel was just off the Pannonica lakes as well as old town centre...

We greatly enjoyed the comforts of this hip new hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms were big with a good bed and bathroom, felt like home. The location was good for Tuzla, close to the city centre, Tuzla and the Pannonica lakes.

From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location of this place is ideal, as it is close to the old town centre and the city centre. Plus, it is conveniently situated next to a busy street, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Located in a central area, this hotel has a perfect position for exploring the city. Although next to a busy street, the rooms were still comfortable, cosy, and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was served à la carte and included delicious options like traditional Bosnian coffee. The hotel also provided parking facilities, and the wifi signal was excellent.

The shower's water pressure was not the best.

The rooms were spacious with a good bed and bathroom. The design was modern. The location was marvelous, in the middle of Jackson, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was close to the old town center, the Pannonica lakes, and Tuzla.

The staff was very kind and friendly, always ready to assist us with suggestions and recommendations. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, just a couple of minutes away from the old town and the beautiful lakes. We really enjoyed the Bosnian breakfast that was served à la carte and the possibility of choosing our own food from a menu.

The rooms facing the main road can be quite loud at night, making it difficult to sleep with the windows open. There was also some trouble with the water pressure during our shower.

Our room was very noisy due to its location next to a frequented road. the room was also smaller than expected, which made it a bit difficult for us to move around.

Our room at Hotel Vertigos was cozy, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly kind and friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast, though not a buffet, offered a variety of options from the menu. I highly recommend this hotel.
